At NeoCanvas, we are committed to delivering handcrafted digital portraits with care and precision. As each artwork is custom-made, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining the integrity of our creative process.
01 Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund only before the artwork creation begins. Once we start working on your portrait, we are unable to offer a refund unless the following conditions apply:

The final delivered product was damaged during shipping

You received the wrong artwork or frame size than what was confirmed

You did not approve the final digital preview, but received the product
02 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances:

If the artwork has been created, approved, or printed

If you change your mind after order confirmation

For minor artistic differences (as artwork is handcrafted and interpretative)
03 Request Window
All refund or replacement requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. Any requests after this period may not be considered.
04 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at info@neocanvas.art with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the issue (e.g., damage or incorrect item)

A short explanation of the problem
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
05 Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed through your original payment method (e.g., PayHere, bank, or card). Refunds are typically completed within 7 working days after approval.
06 Returns
Since each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns. Our frames are safely packed and delivered without glass or acrylic to avoid damage. If damage still occurs, please reach out with proof.
