01. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

• The delivered product was damaged during shipping

• You received the wrong item or variation (e.g., wrong product, color, or size)

• The product was missing from your order

Refund requests must be made before the order is shipped if you wish to cancel. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

02. Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

• Change of mind after order confirmation

• Personalized/customized items (e.g., engraved, printed, or special-request gifts)

• Minor differences in color, texture, or packaging (as images may vary slightly from real products)

03. Request Window

All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be considered.

• Clear photos of the product and packaging (showing the issue)

05. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., PayHere, bank, or card). Refunds typically take 7 working days after approval.

06. Returns

• Most items are non-returnable unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

• Return shipping costs may apply unless the mistake was on our part.
