01 Our Services
NeoCanvas provides custom digital portraits, created by professional artists. You can order:

Single, Couple, or Family Portraits

Softcopy or Framed versions

Delivered worldwide
Each portrait is digitally handcrafted, based on the photos and instructions you submit.
02 Order Process

You submit your details, photos, and preferences through our order form.

We will contact you via WhatsApp or Email to confirm your order.

After confirmation, you will receive an advance payment link to begin the process.

Once approved and paid, our artists will begin crafting your portrait.

You will receive a preview and can request unlimited revisions until approval.

After final approval, we will print, frame, and ship your order.
03 Payments

Prices are displayed in USD.

An advance payment is required before the artwork begins.

Payment links are shared securely via PayHere or other supported methods.

The remaining balance is due before shipping.

04 Delivery & Timeline
We offer worldwide shipping.

Artwork Creation: 2–4 business days

Printing & Framing: 1–2 business days

Delivery: 5–14 business days depending on location
Free delivery applies to most Asian and Gulf countries.
Paid delivery applies to regions like the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
05 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders may be canceled only before artwork creation begins.

Once the digital artwork is created, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds are granted only in cases of:

Damaged product during shipping

06 Intellectual Property

All artworks created remain the intellectual property of NeoCanvas.

By submitting your photos, you grant us permission to use them only for your portrait and, with your consent, for promotional purposes.
07 User Responsibilities

You must have the legal right to submit any image or content.

You must ensure the quality and clarity of uploaded photos.

We do not accept offensive, copyrighted, or inappropriate material.
08 Packaging & Safety
Frames are delivered without glass or acrylic to ensure safe international delivery. Packaging is designed to protect the frame during transit.
